Help your body reach equilibrium!  This is a perfect massage for those that don't know what they want and just want to feel better.  I will be using various tools and techniques to meet the needs of your body.  Various tools include; essential oils, cups, pointer plus, hot stones, and hot towels.  Various techniques include; deep tissue, swedish, hot stone, sports massage, stretching, craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, miofacsical release, lymphatic drainage, and newly learned techniques.  Please bring or wear loose fitting clothing!

Deep Tissue

Release tension due to overworked or injured muscles.  This therapeutic massage focuses on problem areas deep within the muscle.  Greater pressure is applied during this massage to elevate the tightness to give a sense of relief from chronic and acute pain.

​Swedish

Unwind and de-stress with a Swedish massage.  This massage is a full body massage with light to medium pressure.  Help increase the circulation of your blood flow and get the nutrients where they need to be in your body. (30 min. is just specific areas usually back and neck)

Hot Stone

This full body massage can help tension melt away with the healing power of heat.  Hot stones are used with traditional massage techniques to enhance circulation, relaxation, and other healing processes. (30 min. is just specific areas usually back and neck)

Craniosacral Therapy

Very light work! Manipulation of the Central Nervous System through the Cranial Sacral Rhythm and decompression of the skull and sacrum. Great for chronic pain, sinus, ear, fibromyalgia, and also general pain/relaxation! No disrobing and little to no lotion required for these sessions. Just come in comfortably loose fit clothing!

Lymphatic Drainage

This technique is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. The body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. (Only minor lymphatic issues at this point of time until more education is completed.)

Chair Massage

For those that want a quick massage to break up the day but don't have time to disrobe, this is a great massage for you.  This is also great for those that want to treat their employees on-site (contact me for more details).

Kinesiology Tape Taping Application

This is a great addition to any health and wellness plan.  You can add this to any massage time frame or just as an application without a massage.  I am certified in Basic, Advanced, and Pediatric KT Taping Applications.  KT is great for pain management, support, decompression, edema, posture correction, and much more! Please bring shorts for lower body taping applications. If you have an allergy to adhesives, KT tape is not an option for you.

Prenatal Massage 

The Prenatal Massage relaxes tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just makes you feel good. Labor Massage

For those that need support during labor or want to learn how to help their partner during this process with massage techniques, this is for you.  I can be present for those in need or can teach couples specific areas to help relieve some common labor pains.

Here I can teach expecting couples simple massage/yoga techniques for the husband and expecting mothers.  Here you can learn how to care for one another using the gift of touch.  If a person wants me to teach a group of individuals, I need advanced notice.

Postpartum Massage

Help your body to get back to equilibrium.  This massage is for those who are struggling with postpartum pain, sleep, swelling, and other postpartum issues.  The techniques used in this massage are specific to each clients needs. (On-Site Available if another Adult is present).

Rose Mud Treatment

This ninety-minute treatment begins with a full body exfoliation. Rose mud is applied and you are wrapped in the mud while enjoying a face/scalp massage. Ultra-hydrating lotion is massaged with Swedish Massage techniques after the wrap. You will feel smoother, softer, and deeply moisturized.

Firming Face Massage 

The face is gently cleaned and refreshed with the use of hot towels, bio-firming micro refiner, and moisturized with bio-firming moisturizer. A great addition to any massage or alone.

Aroma wrap

The skin is gently exfoliated with a light dry brushing, then soothed with a generous application of oil with an essential oil individually selected for you and your aromatherapy needs. Your relaxation experience is enhanced as you are wrapped in a warm spa blanket for extra moments of hydrating and quiet contemplation while enjoying a face/scalp massage with warm towel.

Detox Treatment

This treatment begins with a full body exfoliation with the use of dead sea salt. Seaweed detox gel is applied and you are wrapped while enjoying a face/scalp massage. Ultra hydrating lotion is massaged with Swedish Massage techniques after the wrap. You will feel refreshed and smoother after this treatment.

Horse Trigger Point/Massage Therapy

Trigger points can appear due to stress, strain or overexertion. Imbalances in muscle tissue is an early sign for injuries. Relieve pain and muscle tension and promote a sense of well being for your horses.
